- This purchase entitles you to a one-time liner repair for customers OUT OF WARRANTY. All liner repair arrangements must be finalised via a discussion with a Customer Service representative.
- On the provision that all photos of the area desiring repair have been emailed to email@example.com, a repair order will then be authorised if a repair seems feasible.
- Once an order has been placed, email over a screenshot of the order to the aforementioned email and DPD return labels will be emailed directly to you, advising the nearest local drop off point for DPD parcels.
- The repair can take up to 14 days from the date of receipt to be returned back to you.
- If the repair proves unsuccessful, you will be entitled to a refund of the repair cost, excluding the shipping cost of £8 each way.
- In summation, the refund amount for a failed repair will be £33.99
*Please note that any hot tub delivered to us that is dirty or wet will be refused and will NOT be refunded.
*Any repair order processed WITHOUT authorization will be automatically cancelled.
