What are the delivery costs and how long will it take to arrive?

- Orders over €50 get 2-3 Working Day Delivery Service via DPD from the Netherlands

What is included with my spa?

Your Spa Package comes complete with a cover, filter, inflation hose and other essential accessories, which is everything you need to set up and inflate your hot tub! To find out more, peruse Aegean Instruction Manual

How long is the warranty on my spa?

The Aegean offers a 2-year warranty for the pump and heater and a 12-month warranty on the liner

What extras do I need?

We advise purchasing our Starter Kit containing all the chemicals you need to keep your hot tub water clean and safe. For added protection and insulation, we recommend using a Thermal Cover

Can I use my tub all year round?

Yes! Our tubs can sit comfortably outdoors in most weather conditions. We also have built in Anti Freeze Protection when the temperature drops below 5°C (41°F), ensuring your hot tub’s plumbing stays safe and protected from freezing, even during the coldest winter nights.
