Heater turns off unexpectedly
We are really sorry to hear your spa isn’t heating as expected, we recommend trying a quick reset that often gets things running again.
Please follow these steps:
- Switch off the spa using the remote control.
- Then turn it off at the plug.
- Unscrew and remove the filters caps
- Make sure your spa is above the min line of water
- Please pour boiling water from a kettle or pan near the filter inlet (the grey circle) closest to the heater, you can pour it on top of the water
- Switch the spa back on at the plug.
- Using the remote, turn the heaters and filters back on.
Once everything is running again, please leave the spa for two hour's, then check to see if the temperature has started to rise. This process usually restarts the heating system.
