Regarding the ‘FC’ message on your Controller’s display, simply press the FILTER button on your controller to clear it.
No need to worry—this isn’t an error code! It’s just a friendly reminder to check and change your filter if you haven’t done so recently.
If the message remains, please try resetting the plug on your Spa by pressing the RESET button, then TEST/ON, and finally the RESET button again.
If the message still doesn’t clear, could you please send me the following photos? It might be that the Controller needs replacing, but we’ll take a closer look to be sure.
1) The FC code displayed on your Controller.
2) The inside of the Spa, where the filter sits.
3) How your Spa is powered (i.e., the socket it’s plugged into).
