This usually happens due to a blockage in the outlet where the filter screws in or when the spa’s temperature is too low.

Could you please double-check that your filter is properly attached and clean, ensuring it's free from any debris? If necessary, go ahead and replace the filter.
If the filter is clean and the issue persists, the spa temperature might simply be too low. In that case, don’t worry—you can easily fix it by pouring some warm/boiling water into the spa, near the upper outlet. You may need to repeat this a few times to remove the more stubborn blockages
