Filter Cartridge is suitable for use in the WaveSpa Atlantic, Pacific and Atlantic Plus from 2016 - 2019.

  • They filter out dirt and grime from the water
  • Prevent this dirt from getting into the pump and heater
  • You should clean/ replace each filter after use or every 4 -5 days ( 162 hours ) of constant use
  • We advise you shower before every use of your Wave hottub to wash off natural oils and dirt
  • Please note these filters are more compact than the 2018 versions and the filter covers from 2018 are NOT compatible.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase, then we would be happy for you to return the item within 14 days from date of reciept (providing the product has not been opened). Please contact the customer services department to be advised through the returns process.

If you have received a faulty item, you are eligble for a full refund with 30 days of reciept of the item. Please contact warrantyclaims@wavedirect.co.uk to be advised on the return for refund process. If you bring our attention to a fault outside the 30 day period you are eligble for a replacement - the warranty period for our hot tubs are as follows:

1 year for the heater unit/pump
6 months for the spa liner itself.

Please contact warrantyclaims@wavedirect.co.uk in order to be advised through this process.

In the unlikely event that your order or items within it are damaged, you may return them to us for a full refund. You must notify us within 14 working days. 


Please note, as stated in distance selling regulations, we cannot accept returns of Spas or SPA Accessories if you have opened the seal, with the exception of items that are faulty on arrival.
