Our inflatable spas heat at about 1.5°C / 2.7°F an hour. From cold water at around 15°C / 59°F to a maximum of 40°C / 104°F takes 14 to 23 hours depending on the season. Keep the cover on throughout.

An inflatable uses around 16 kWh a day with regular use, roughly £4.80 in the UK, $4.80 in the US or €4.80 in the EU. Pairing it with an EnergySave thermal cover cuts heat loss by up to 50% and brings that down considerably, which is the single most effective upgrade for an inflatable.

Unfold the spa, connect the integrated pump and inflate, which takes 15 to 20 minutes. Then fill to the MAX line, connect the control unit and heater and add initial chemicals. You are ready to heat in about 30 minutes.

The Atlantic has 130 bubble jets in its six person size and the Aegean over 130. The Pacific has 110. Wall height is set so you can sit or stand comfortably, which affects how the massage feels as much as jet count does.

Inflate the tub fully, then brush soapy water over the surface and watch for bubbles forming. Once located, mark it, drain and dry the area, then apply a patch from a repair kit.
