What are the delivery costs and how long will it take to arrive?

UK Shipping

Order by 3pm Monday 22nd December for Christmas Delivery

- All orders are shipped next day tracked.
- Orders over £50 get free next day delivery via DPD
- Orders under £50 have a £4.99 shipping fee via Royal Mail
- Saturday delivery available for £9.99 via DPD
- Highland deliveries may take 2 days.

What is included with my spa?

Your Spa Package comes complete with a cover, filter, inflation hose and other essential accessories, which is everything you need to set up your hot tub!

How long is the warranty on my spa?

The Adriatic offers a 2-year warranty for the pump and heater and a 12-month warranty on the liner

What extras do I need?

We advise purchasing our Starter Kit containing all the chemicals you need to keep your hot tub water clean and safe.

Can I use my tub all year round?

Yes! Our tubs can sit comfortably outdoors in most weather conditions. However, to ensure the protection of your heater unit, we recommend moving your hot tub indoors when temperatures drop lower than 5°C (41°F) or ensuring your heater unit is protected from the elements
