What you might notice
-
Loud rattling noise
-
Filter not running
-
Weak water circulation
Step-by-step solution
-
Turn off and unplug the spa.
-
Check the water level — top up if low.
-
Remove the filter cartridge.
-
Inspect for dirt, debris, or collapse.
-
Replace the filter if dirty or damaged.
-
Reinstall securely and restart the spa.
Extra tips
-
Filters should be cleaned regularly and replaced as recommended
-
Avoid placing the spa in direct sunlight, which can affect performance
-
You may need to pour boiling water to free up debris stuck in the pipes. Please do this with water already in the spa at least to the min line level. Then pour it near the filter inlet closest the heater and allow it to pull through. If this reduces noise, you can repeat a few times to get it running smooth
