6 Person Hot Tubs

All eight models here are rated for six. The Atlantic is the roomiest at 208cm / 82in across, with the Aegean and Como both at 195cm / 77in. The Pacific at 185cm / 73in is a snugger six, so it suits four adults and two children better than six full sized adults.

Inflatable models heat at about 1.5°C / 2.7°F an hour, so a first fill from cold takes 14 to 23 hours depending on season. Foam tubs are quicker at 12 to 18 hours. Keep the cover on throughout, because heating uncovered wastes a large part of the energy going in.

Our foam models use around 8 kWh a day, roughly £2.40 in the UK, $2.40 in the US or €2.40 in the EU. Inflatables use about double. Pairing an inflatable with an EnergySave thermal cover cuts heat loss by up to 50% and brings it much closer to a foam tub.

We do not recommend hot tub use for children under eight. For children aged eight and over, set the water no higher than 37°C / 99°F, keep sessions to 20 minutes, supervise at all times and never let anyone put their head under the water.

Footprints run from 180cm to 208cm / 71in to 82in across. Allow at least 100cm / 39in of clearance on all sides for safe access and maintenance, on flat, level ground with drainage away from the site.
